Are You Prepared and Protected for What Lies Ahead?

Due to the seriousness of the season we are in, I thought it was very timely to share an Article I wrote in July, 2015 as I sounded the alarm to awaken God’s people, concerning soon coming prophesied events. I pray it will encourage you as you prepare for what we are now facing and for what we will be experiencing in the days ahead.

(All Scripture verses are from the NKJV unless otherwise noted-all Hebrew/Greek word definitions are from the Strong’s Concordance and the CWSD -Complete Word Studies Dictionary)

How long will you slumber, O sluggard? When will you rise from your sleep? …So shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, And your need like an armed man. (Prov 6:9, 11)

We face threats daily that are as deadly as they are incomprehensible. Life seems so normal, yet the course of the world is leading us right into the abyss. This insanity comes from somewhere, a ‘somewhere’ that defies analysis until you understand that it has a religious foundation. That religion worships Lucifer, and it wants YOU to be one of his worshipers.

Satan is alive and well on planet Earth, and his followers go to church—yes, quite possibly even YOUR church. Many people don’t take Satan very   seriously and this includes professing Christians. It’s as if they don’t really believe that Satan is all that bad, or all that powerful. They treat Satan as just some really bad being, who is fighting God and doing his best to subvert Christianity. This is one of his agenda’s but not his main agenda. Let’s face it, God’s ‘church model’ works exceptionally well, so it should not surprise us that Satan would counterfeit it as well. There are many counterfeit churches out there that call themselves “Christian”—but knowingly or unknowingly they have given themselves over to worshiping the “angel of light”—Lucifer himself.

As far as conspiracies go…to most it just doesn’t make sense that there is some ‘grand world wide conspiracy’ of Satan’s at work—and to these people, their sense of disbelief is aided by those describing Satan’s conspiracies as mere “theories.” Why? Because they either do not want to see the real reasons behind those conspiracies, or they just can’t imagine Satan’s grand scale of evil—which he is desperate to accomplish.  Satan, which deceives the whole world… is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time. (Rev 12:9, 12)

The vast number of books that so accurately describe the evil powers that are rising to take control of our world… often neglect to mention the glue that holds all these conspiracies together. Satan’s glue is founded upon a religion that makes his ‘grand conspiracy’ work. Satan has had thousands of years to use this glue, and when we begin to understand what Satan is doing, we begin to see the signs of his work, everywhere.

I understand for many professing Christians that Satan’s evil is difficult to imagine—but, we need to understand that this evil does exist and is the reason for the insanity in our world! Furthermore, Satan doesn’t WANT you to know about his evil conspiracies. He wants to keep you sleeping peacefully, until his agents come knocking on your door, to take you away!

Ayn Rand, a Russian-born American novelist, philosopher, playwright, and screenwriter — once said something profound that we all need to                 understand, she said:

We can ignore reality, but we cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.– Ayn Rand

Poor Ayn. She ignored Christ (our ultimate reality), and she now pays an age enduring price for ignoring the most important reality of all. When I look around, I see so many Christians who are not facing reality—living under a false sense of security—simply because they are ignorant concerning end time events or because they are spiritual sluggards—or both!  Those in this place need a good dose of alarming reality, just to get them to open their eyes to what is really going on in this world. We have all been too ignorant of Evil for far, far too long. God has come knocking at our door, to warn us of the Evil that is coming and, many aren’t paying attention. In the coming days, months and years, we will come to shake our heads at the willful ignorance that we once had. We will curse our foolishness, because we chose not to see what was obvious—if we had been watching.

…Awake, O sleeper, rise up from the dead, and Christ will give you light.” … So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise…. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days… Don’t act thoughtlessly, but understand what the Lord wants you to do. (Ephesians 5:14-17) NLT

This is one reason God is going to bring crushing judgments upon this nation.  He wants to awaken His people who are living under a false sense of security. Those who are awake have been and are continuing to be alerted by God to prepare for immanent times of trouble. This is the reason I was called by the Lord to create the TRUMPET SOUNDS Newsletter. God’s people need to see beyond their rose colored glasses. 

From it’s inception in April of 2010, this newsletter has since gathered together Christians who “HAVE EARS TO HEAR” and are interested in understanding the prophetic “times and the seasons” in which we find ourselves.  Many, like myself were taught erroneous things concerning end time events, which have given them a false sense of security or a false way of seeing prophetic events. However, those, like myself—who are also hungry for truth from God’s word and place it above all else as the number one priority in their lives—are hearing clearly concerning the end times. Like myself, they are being alerted to prepare for their protection and provision for impending times of chaos and danger.  We need to believe the Scriptures in order to prepare and be counted worthy to escape coming times of great trouble, heartache and hardship! Jesus said this:

Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things (the great tribulation events that were mentioned in this chapter) that will come to pass, and also to stand before the Son of Man.” (Luke 21:36) (parenthesis mine).

Tribulation

The word escape in the above verse is NOT referring to being raptured or taken out of the prophesied time of tribulation, which Jesus was talking about in the preceding verses of that chapter. The word escape in the Greek text is the word (Strong’s 1628) ekpheugo (ek-fyoo’-go) and according to Thayer’s Lexicon it means to seek safety by moving hastily, CWSD (Complete Word Studies Dictionary): says it means to run away from danger. The word “escape” then, is talking about having a safe place to run to when in danger. Many survivalists who are preparing for imminent dangerous times of chaos, call this “bugging out.”

Come, my people, enter into your chambers, and shut your doors behind you. Hide yourself for a little moment, until the indignation is past… For, behold, Yahweh comes forth out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity. The earth also will disclose her blood, and will no longer cover her slain. (Isaiah 26:20-21) WEB

     Over and over again the New Testament writers talk about the need to endure suffering. According to my Webster’s Dictionary—to endure means to undergo something—and it also means—to continue to exist. To Endure suffering can mean different things to different people. For some, not having the modern conveniences of life — such as no electricity, gas, or cell phones, computers, or TV’s— means real suffering. On the other hand, there is no question that suffering occurs when people have no means to obtain food or  other resources for physical survival. Then of course, there is suffering associated with physical pain and health issues. However, the need for endurance during times of suffering, which the New Testament writers spoke about—is not talking about just remaining happy, healthy and alive. The endurance they were stressing was related to keeping the existence of our faith in God and His Word—as we willingly endure times of suffering.

Let’s face it, it’s only when we must undergo times of great suffering as Christians, that we find out how sincere our faith in God and His word really is. Many professing Christians do not have genuine faith in God and His word that enables them to endure great suffering—with great joy. Instead they have pseudo faith because of false teaching. This means they will fall prey to compromise or doing whatever it takes to alleviate their physical or emotional suffering when times of real hardship befall them (like taking the “mark of the Beast”)—unless they allow trouble to become a time of strengthening and blessing.     

Jesus said that only those who endure until the end would be saved and also be found worthy to stand before Him at His return (Matt 10:22-23). Many  Christians fail to understand that endurance is developed by going through times of trouble. Multitudes are not willing to embrace suffering, instead they do whatever it takes to fix it, alleviate it or avoid it. When God’s people run away or try to escape times of trouble by doing things “their way”—rather than walking through their “valley of the shadow of death” with God, their faith remains weak and untested. I can tell you from my own personal experience that times of trouble are truly a blessing—when we walk through them with God.

Dear brothers and sisters, whenever trouble comes your way, let it be an opportunity for joy. For when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to develop… So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be strong in character and ready for anything. (James 1:2-4) NLT

 Every true saint of God must have their faith “tried” through suffering in order to be able to endure and be counted worthy by God to enter His eternal kingdom. The ministry God has given to me is all about “…strengthening the souls of disciples, (by) exhorting them to continue in the faith, and telling them, “We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God.”  (Acts 14:22)  (parenthesis mine).

Our faith can only become genuine faith by being put to the test. Only those whose faith is purified by fiery trials will be able to enter God’s  Kingdom. This end time generation of professing Christians is THE most self-indulgent and self-centered generation that has ever existed upon the planet earth—just as the Apostle Paul told Timothy it would be (2 Tim 3:1-5). It is also one of the most undiscerning and deceived! This is the main reason why, God is going to see to that those who profess to have faith in Christ are going to have their faith tested by many judgments that will take place before the return of Jesus Christ to gather His Saints from off the earth. The Apostle Paul said this:

…for your patience and faith in (during) all your persecutions and tribulations that you endure (suffer)… which (suffering persecutions and tribulations) is manifest evidence (an indication) of the righteous judgment of God, so that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer… (vs. 6) since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you… (vs. 7) and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is  revealed from heaven with His mighty angels… in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ… These shall be punished with age enduring destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power… when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints… (2 Thessalonians 1:4-10) YLT (parenthesis mine).

If you study (vs. 6-7) of the above text in the original Greek, you will find that Paul is more literally saying in (vs. 6): It is a righteous act of God to “repay” or to  render —which Webster’s Dictionary defines as: presenting something for consideration. What God is rendering or presenting for our consideration in the above text is the distressing pressure that comes during tribulation. Trouble is never pleasant—in fact it’s downright unpleasant—but when trouble becomes a distressing pressure upon us—God wants us to consider the (reason for) the tribulation —then we can rest in the fact that our hope is in the return of Jesus!

In the day of my trouble I will call on you, For you will answer me…Teach me your way, Yahweh. I will walk in your truth. Make my heart undivided to fear your name. (Psalms 86:6,11) WEB

Facing the truth of what God has revealed to us concerning these troubling end times—is something I find many Christians do not want to think about.  When I speak of some of the very disturbing end time events that are happening right now, it truly distresses them and they really don’t want to hear about how things are escalating into some very dangerous situations (just as God’s word accurately describes). Far too many go into a denial mode and try to refute or ignore the facts. As a result, those in denial will not be prepared to  survive real times of crisis that God’s watchmen have been warning us about for many years now. There are those, like Noah, who have been preparing for God’s judgment for many years—while the nay Sayers call them alarmists, fanatics, conspiracy nuts or worse.

Those who do have ears to hear what God is saying to His people, are part of the end time community known as the remnant—these few dear ones are God’s chosen sanctified Saints, who I pray for and write for. There are times I am told by those who read what I’ve written, who say they have been jolted and awakened to a truth—because of what I shared from the Scriptures in a particular article—I truly praise God for this! On the other hand there are many who read what God has given me to write… and it has very little—if any impact upon their hearts. This is because they have become spiritual sluggards. Spiritual sluggards are spiritually lazy people, they are too preoccupied with their own lives and with what pleases their own selves to become disciplined in Bible study and intimate communion with God.  How long will you slumber, O sluggard? When will you rise from your sleep? …So shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, And your need like an armed man.  (Prov 6:9, 11)

The word sluggard in this text is the Hebrew word (Strong’s 6102) `atsel (aw-tsale’). The CWSD says: as an adjective this word describes people who take no initiative (Prov 19:24); don’t do tasks on time (Prov 20:4); or will not work (Prov 21:25). Instead they create imaginary excuses (Prov 22:13). Thus, their wealth and health deteriorate (Prov 24:30); but they still consider themselves wise (Prov 26:13-16). The verb form of this word is (Strong’s 6101) `atsal (aw-tsal’); CWSD: says it means to hesitate, to delay, to not act.  In other words a sluggard is a procrastinator. Thus, a sluggard will not act upon God’s words of warning nor take the time to do what it takes to grow in true wisdom and discernment.

  As I said previously—God is going to give many “ spiritual sluggards” a very rude awakening—because of their spiritual apathy and complacent attitude towards His Word— (from the Scriptures and His true Watchmen), which has failed to rouse them to action. They will not be spared punishing judgment because of their sluggish attitude towards the warnings given by those who receive and proclaim God’s word. A spiritual sluggard is unconcerned with what they are being warned about—thus they will not find God’s protection and provision when He brings forth the sword (judgment)…  All the sinners of My people shall die by the sword, those who say, ‘That calamity shall not overtake or confront us.’ (Amos 9:10)

Like Israel during the time of the Prophet Amos, many of God’s people are going to perish when God brings judgment upon the land, because they are living in a false sense of security. Many are in this place because they, like I was, have been taught and have come to believe (which I no longer do) that they will not have to experience the prophesied end-time great tribulations—they believe that calamity shall not overtake or confront them’… because they are going to be raptured out of it all.  As a result, those who do not rightly discern what the Bible does teach are not going to be prepared for the judgments God has ordained. Therefore my people will go into exile (become captives) for lack of understanding (discernment); their men of rank will die of hunger and their masses will be parched with thirst …In that day the arrogant will be brought down to the dust; the proud will be humbled. (Isa 5:13, 15) (parenthesis mine).

Notice it is the arrogant and the proud who die of hunger and thirst. Prideful people are not teachable or honest people. Therefore, just as it was in the days of Old Testament Israel—there are many among God’s people today who are arrogant and who also refuse to believe God will bring judgment upon them—no matter how many warnings they are given.

Not Appointed to Wrath

  It is Biblically true that the righteous saints of God are not appointed to the end time wrath of God that will fall during the end of the greatest tribulation  period—when the final 7 bowl (vile) judgments in (Rev 16) are poured out upon the unrepentant sinners—who are appointed to God’s wrath. 

“…how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God… and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.” (1 Thess 1:9-10)

For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Thess 5:9)

The Bible clearly states that ALL people—including God’s people who are living upon the earth in the days before the return of Jesus —will experience the wrath of Satan that will be poured out upon the earth through the power given to antichrist. Even many of God’s true sanctified and chosen Saints will suffer at the hand of the antichrist…

Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhibiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knows that he hath but a short time… (Rev 12:12) KJV

It was granted to him (antichrist) to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. (Rev 13:7) (parenthesis mine).

True saints are under God’s protection and provision—but only if they  adhere to (continue to endure and embrace) the truth.  Truth exposing erroneous doctrines and sin that has invaded modern Christianity—has not been proclaimed from the mouths of most ministers or from the majority of pulpits across this nation for generations. Thus, Zion (an O.T. term that depicts the Bride of Christ) is in ruin! It is beyond repair—just as God proclaimed to His O.T. people, who are examples of our modern day Christians—because of the false and flattering visions of false ministers who have failed to show the church her sin, so that now only a prophesied remnant remains faithful to the truth. Lack of truth is the moral cause for the misfortune and destruction that multitudes of spiritually sluggish Christians are going to face. Unfortunately  the mainstream Church of this age is in the same state that Old Testament  Israel was in when they were given over to the judgment of God. Hear the cry of the O.T. prophet—which is the same as the true prophetic watchmen of God now:

My eyes fail with tears, My heart is troubled … Because of the destruction of the daughter of my people… O virgin daughter of Zion… your ruin is spread wide … Who can heal you? …Your prophets have seen for you false and deceptive visions; They have not uncovered your iniquity… But have envisioned for you false prophecies and delusions. (Lam 2:12-14)

 Only those who know the truth and follow the truth will be kept safe from the evil of Satan’s wrath in these end times.  Jesus knew His true followers would have to face the wrath of Satan—but He didn’t ask God to rapture them out of the world so they wouldn’t suffer his evil wrath—instead He prayed this for His followers:

I have given them your word. And the world hates thembecause they do not belong to the world, just as I do not… I’m not asking you to take them out of the world, but to keep them safe from the evil one… They are not part of this world any more than I am…  Make them pure and holy by teaching them your words of truth. (John 17:14-17) NLT

In case you missed it—knowing the truth from God’s word and Holiness are the keys to our safety.  Many born-again Christians will perish and suffer needlessly because they are ignorant of the truth and they are not, in reality, Holy or sanctified people of God. One cannot be called a saint unless they live a holy or sanctified life.

As mentioned the wrath of God that God’s HOLY people are not appointed to — will be poured out during the last seven bowl (vial) judgments upon the unrepentant sinners. Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the bowls of the wrath of God on the earth.” (Rev 16:1) NKJV

Harvest Time

Before this judgment upon the sinners of the earth takes place, it is at this point that God harvests (gathers) the people of the earth into two groups. The first group is the “harvest of the earth that is ripe.” These represent the mature true saints of God.

And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, “Thrust in Your sickle and reap, for the time has come for You to reap, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” So He who sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped. (Rev 14:15-16)  NKJV

The second reaping (gathering) is of the “clusters of the vine of the earth”—these represent the people that look to this earth for their source for life—they are the product of the vine of this earth—Jesus Christ is not the vine for their life. They have taken the mark of the beast and are going to be judged. Their reaping (gathering) occurs—when the angel with authority over fire—gives the command for the second angel to reap:

“If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation… Then another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle… And another angel came out from the altar, who had power over fire, and he cried with a loud cry to him who had the sharp sickle, saying,” Thrust in your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, for her grapes are fully ripe.” …So the angel thrust his sickle into the earth and gathered the vine of the earth, and threw it into the great winepress of the wrath of God. (Rev 14:9,10, 17-19) 

The above texts in (Rev 14:15-19) are parallel to the parable of the wheat (God’s saints) and the tares (followers of the devil) that Jesus taught about in (Matt 13:24-30). He ended that parable by saying that the unrepentant are bound (reaped) for God’s wrath.

Let both grow together (wheat and tares) until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: and gather the wheat into my barn. (Matt 13:30) KJV

Jesus tells us that FIRST there would be a GATHERING of the tares.  This happens as the enemies of God are gathered together to fight against Him at the battle of Armageddon.

And the grapes were trodden in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed from the winepress in a stream about 180 miles long and as high as a horse’s bridle.  (Rev 14:20) NLT

And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon. (Rev 16:16)

Before this battle takes place, the true saints of God are “gathered” from the earth—into God’s “barn”—which is a picture of being raptured (harvested) and kept safe (from God’s fire or wrath) as Christ’s possession. The word barn as used in (Matt 13:30) is the Greek word (Strong’s 596)  apotheke (ap-oth-ay’-kay) and according to the CWSD: this word refers to a “secret place for laying up storing or hiding treasure or something valuable.” This word reveals that the true saints of God—known as God’s “Peculiar” (literally means “valuable”) People (1 Pet 2:9)—are God’s treasure who are hid (safely) in Christ (the Barn i.e. hiding place or secret place).

…your life is hidden with Christ in God… When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory (in our glorified state). (Col 3:3-4)

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. (Psalms 91:1)

Knowing when the “harvest” happens is important to understand because this reveals the correct  “timing” of the rapture. It is crucial to notice WHEN this “gathering” takes place, which is when the last trumpet (the 7th trumpet is blown) which releases the last seven bowl (vile) judgments of God’s wrath upon the “un-raptured” people on earth.

But in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel (the 7th or last trumpet), when he is ABOUT TO SOUND, the mystery of God will be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets. (Rev 10:7)

How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words …That the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel. (Ephesians 3:3, 6)

The Last Trump

Before the last trumpet is blown there are several things that take place. For the purpose of this study I will only elaborate on one of these things in this article—that one thing as stated in (Rev 10:7) which is…the mystery of God would be finished. What does this mean?  If you study the scriptures that talk about “the mystery of God”—you will find that it refers to a “threefold cord” (intertwined) mystery—which concerns the Bride of Christ:

#1. The formation of the Church or the Bride of Christ was initiated by the preaching of the Gospel of Christ and was meant to include non-Hebrew people (gentiles) from every ethnic group and culture:

(Rom 16:25-26) God is able to make you strong, just as the Good News says. It is the message about Jesus Christ and his plan for you Gentiles, a plan kept secret (a mystery) from the beginning of time… But now as the prophets foretold and as the eternal God has commanded, this message is made known to all Gentiles everywhere, so that they might believe and obey Christ. NLT (Parenthesis mine)

#2. It refers to the full number of gentiles that God has ordained to be part of His Holy Nation Israel (as spiritual seed of Abraham)—who will rule as saints of God with Christ:

(Rom 11:25) For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel   (the natural seed i.e. nation of Abraham) until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.

#3. The mystery of God also refers to the 1st resurrection (rapture):

(1 Cor 15:51-52) Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed… In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the (time of) the last trump…

The Bible is clear about the fact that there is only one “gathering” to meet the Lord in the air—which is also known as the first resurrection thus, there is only one rapture or gathering of all saints from all time—from Adam to this end time “harvest”—there is not a pre-trib and mid-trib rapture as some teach.

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first… Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord… Therefore comfort one another with these words.  (1 Thess 4:16-18)

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet (7th trumpet judgment). For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (1 Cor 15:52)

I saw thrones, and they (the raptured glorified saints who) sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, (these become saints while living during the reign antichrist) and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years… But the rest of the dead did not live again (the second resurrection) until the thousand years were finished . This is the first resurrection. Blessed and HOLY (i.e. only a sanctified person) is he who has part in the first resurrection. (Rev 20:4-6)

This “harvest” or 1st resurrection happens at the blowing of the 7th trumpet (last trump) judgment. When this last trumpet is blown four events occur: (Rev 11:15, 18) THEN THE SEVENTH ANGEL SOUNDED: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying,

#1. The kingdoms of this world are transferred out of Satan’s hands and become the kingdoms of God and anointed. “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!”

#2. The fiery wrath of God is poured out. The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come….

#3. The Saints are resurrected and receive their rewards at the judgment seat of Christ. And the time of the dead (1st resurrection of the righteous dead in Christ), that they should be judged, And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints,

#4. God’s glorified saints are part of His army that fight at the Battle of  Armageddon. And those who fear Your name, small and great, Also shall destroy those who destroy the earth.”

The word is clear that those saints who endure tribulation trouble will find rest when Jesus comes back and His saints will be glorified

…you who are suffering tribulation will find relief with us,  when the Lord Jesus is  revealed from heaven with His mighty angels… in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who (i.e. profess to be Christians but) do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ… These shall be punished with age enduring destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power… when He comes, in that Day, to glorify there His saints… (2 Thess 1:4-10) ALT

God Reveals the Hidden Things of Darkness

I want to say again—that in every generation when God’s people become complacent and sinful… they do not look to the word for wisdom and understanding concerning end time events. Instead they follow their favorite prophecy teacher who teaches what tickles their ears. Those in this place, when warned of impending judgment, will not heed the fore warnings, which means they will not be prepared, protected or provided for during times of judgment.

Those who are true seekers of the truth—God will see to it that they will have the hidden things of darkness revealed to them, they won’t be caught by surprise because they will see the truth and heed the truth when they discern it.

For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light… If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” (Mark 4:22-23)

Those who are not spiritual sluggards will understand the signs that God has given because they do have ears to hear. Spiritual sluggards on the other hand lack spiritual insight—to them Jesus said: You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times.   (Matt 16:3)

 Appointed and Anointed to Watch

I don’t want to give the impression that we are not to follow a teacher or minister. Paul told his followers: Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ (1 Cor 11:1). God has given to us those He has appointed and anointed as teachers, ministers and prophetic watchmen. They are God’s gifts to His true saints.

“When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, And gave gifts to men.” …And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers… for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ. (Eph 4:8, 11-12)

Unless we study the Word of God and are truly discerning, we won’t know who to follow—and will end up following those who please our flesh or manipulate our soul. I thank the Lord that he has given us body members, who are truly appointed and anointed watchmen for the Lord. These Saints have been strategically placed in my life for such a time as this. I truly honor God’s mature saints and am eternally grateful to God for their powerful ministries. They speak so many things that have solidly confirmed and established what I have seen and learned from God’s word. Their ministries have caused me to press into God for greater clarity of the truth. Anointed ministers cause their followers to become like the Bereans—who wanted to search God’s word to “see if these things be so.” Godly ministers will always encourage us do search out God’s word for ourselves regarding anything they bring forth.

Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they watch on behalf of your souls, as those who will give account, that they may do this with joy, and not with groaning, for that would be unprofitable for you.(Hebrews 13:17) WEB

 We need more Christians like this, but they are very rare in this day and age. Only those who really desire the “meat” of God’s word will appreciate and be able to handle many of things that they bring forth. Teachers who are truly anointed by God as watchmen, need to be spiritually discerned or those hearing what they have to say will not of be able to endure what they teach and bring forth from God 

I say these things because their insights and God ordained contacts have been given to them—to expose  “the secrets of  darkness” that are absolutely invaluable to those of us who want the truth concerning the times and seasons in which we live. When we do not know what the enemy is doing behind the scenes in our land, it is grounds for multitudes of professing Christians to fall prey to many demonic and deceptive “wiles” that are used to bring forth Satan’s end-time agenda for their destruction.

Many professing Christians are still completely unaware of what is presently on our door step. Watchmen give their warnings well in advance… such as what is discussed in this article.  God in His mercy wants to give us time to prepare spiritually and physically. What God’s true watchmen say, should cause some very startling alarms to go off and awaken those who may not know what is really happening in this land. Time is short!

Something is about to take place in our nation that the vast majority of people are utterly unprepared for—spiritually—emotionally and physically. I have heard the many rumors about me, and I am surrounded by terror. My enemies conspire against me, plotting to take my life… But I am trusting you, O LORD, saying, “You are my God!” …My future is in your hands. Rescue me from those who hunt me down relentlessly. Let your favor shine on your servant. In your unfailing love, save me. (Ps 31:13-16) AMEN!
